The amazing digital frog (no relation) needs to eat all the capsules and get to the pink goal cyber lily. He can only jump to cyber lillies exactly three tiles away, except when bumping against a digital bamboo stick, and can use his psychic abilities to eat capsules up to two tiles away. Every jump over par reduces your score. Good luck!
