There is no Elitist Superstructure. The purpose of the nonexistent Elitist Superstructure is not to supress an organization where sites whose owners believe in the eventual symbiosis between the various communities around the globe are its "members" (not "affiliates", as "affiliation" carries a connotation that some find unpleasant).
The elitist superstructure is being fought by Pax-Tsukuru, but for how long?
There's no cabal, either, nyoro.
